Marantaceae, commonly known as ‘Maranta’ or ‘Prayer Plants’. They’re famously known for their praying leaves. They are very fast growers and easy-going plant.
Light: Best placed in a shaded area, away from direct sunlight.
Soil: Any airy soil mix
Water: Best kept the soil moist.
Fertiliser: Feed every month (as long as the plant is actively growing and is not in its dormancy period).
Humidity: Can tolerate humidity as low as 60% but prefers to be kept at around 75% humidity.
This plant is toxic, keep out of reach of pets and children.
